Prior to founding Prescriptive Capital,
Chris served as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets at CBRE, a Fortune 150 company.

At the time, Chris was the youngest investment advisor to be appointed to Vice Chairman in the company’s history and one of the first to start a national practice focused exclusively on alternative real estate assets. Over the course of his career, he has advised on thousands of transactions totaling more than $20 billion in value.

He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the publication Healthcare Real Estate Insights, is on the ULI Healthcare and Life Sciences council, and is the Chair Emeritus of the Building Owners & Management Association (BOMA) Medical Office & Healthcare Real Estate Conference. In 2013, Healthcare Real Estate Insights selected Chris as their Healthcare Executive of the Year as part of their annual HREI Insights Awards. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business.

Chad-Bruce-with-Title

Through his private equity business he founded in 2011, Chad has acquired and developed more than $3.0 billion in real estate assets including office, industrial, apartments, hotels, senior living facilities and golf resorts.

Chad’s 20 years of experience in the real estate industry include personally transacting over $3 billion in commercial real estate sales and overseeing 350 commercial real estate brokers as the Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s National Private Capital Group (“PCG”). Chad received a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business.

In addition to Prescriptive Capital, Geoff is a partner in a private equity business, placing capital in over 35 projects totaling over $3.0 billion in value.

Geoff has over 17 years of investment sales experience and has been involved in the sale of over $3 billion of commercial real estate investments. In both 2015 and 2016, he was the NAIOP Investment Broker of the year and was consistently a top performer in the Denver CBRE office as well as one of the top CBRE professionals nationally. Geoff has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
